Yes, there’s a great market for Spanish teachers in the USA. I live in the midwest, and a lot of the farm and business owners are taking spanish lessons to better communicate with their hispanic workers. The rental prices are much cheaper than on the coasts, as well, if you got a small office space in a complex.
