Since I took a couple of years of Spanish in school years ago, can I still use the ‘Rosetta Stone’ method?

I took several years of Spanish, spanning from Middle school all the way to college. But the problem was that I was a Dillmunch. I didn’t take the lessons seriously, and I flunked out many times. I got to the second year of Spanish in college…but again, I lost interest.

I understand that the ‘Rosetta Stone’ lessons/videos and so forth teach your brain to ‘think in another language.’
So I was just wondering, if I wanted to learn to speak and write fluent Spanish, could I use the Rosetta Stone materials, since I already took some Spanish courses in school years ago?
How much does this thing cost?
How long does it take to learn a language?
Thanks, dudes!

Learn Spanish Verb
Everybody is different and learn languages in different ways. In my case, I can tell you that I spent 3 years studying Japanese and only got to intermediate level. I got tired of it and finally made up my mind and traveled to Japan. I learned so much by living there (inmersion) that I became proficient in the use of the language in half of the time.
There are a couple of good Spanish programs in Mexico for inmersion…
